How much will I be charged for my package?

The courier will compute the exact rate for your package when he arrives, using either actual weight given by a digital scale or volumetric weight (for the packages that do not fit the standard pouches). You may request an estimate over the phone or via email/text, but actual rates may vary as the courier will need to weigh/measure your package and add declared value fees/insurance, if applicable.

What if my item is fragile/breakable? Is Quicktime Courier liable in case of loss or damage

For fragile/breakable items:
1. Pack the item/s securely in bubble wrap/styrofoam peanuts/styrofoam wedges. Placing them in a box is highly recommended, though not required.
2. Please indicate the CORRECT declared value on the waybill. Without the declared value, a claim is invalid in case of loss.
3. Insurance is recommended (though not required) for provincial-bound or international-bound packages since we have no control over the shipments once they are forwarded.

Do you provide shipping supplies (waybills & pouches)?

Yes, our couriers carry a supply of pouches & waybills. You may also request supplies at our office or email us at: quicktimecourier.info@gmail.com or inquiry@quicktime.com.ph. You can also call us at our hotline nos. (+63)995-763-3888 or (+63)998-909-7888, we will provide supplies for you on your next pickup.

Is there a minimum number of packages required to qualify for free pickup?

No, we do not require a minimum number of packages for pickup

What are the areas covered for free pickup?

We pick up within Metro Manila. 11:00 AM (Metro Manila) for next-day delivery.

Do you charge a fee for pickup?

No, pickup is free. The cutoff time for pickup is 11:00 AM (Metro Manila) for next-day delivery.

What are the areas covered for next-day delivery?

We deliver within Metro Manila. Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao areas covered by LBC, our provincial partner. Please see our RATES pages for locations and rates.

Where is your branch located?

Our main office is at #1335 Unit 104 Casa Malvar Bldg. Malvar St., Singalong, Manila. We will pick up your packages at no extra charge at our designated areas within Metro Manila.

How do I open an account with Quicktime Courier?

Opening an account is free. You can go to our website at https://customer.quicktime.com.ph and sign up using your email. You can also call us at our hotline numbers (+63)995-763-3888 or (+63)998-909-7888 to further assist you with your signing up. Our office hours are from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Monday to Friday.

How do I delete/deactivate my Quicktime Courier account?

To request the deletion of your Quicktime Courier account, please email us at inquiry@quicktime.com.ph with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

Please note the following:
  • Account Information: We will delete your account information, including passwords, phone numbers, and other personal details
  • Historical Data: Data related to your previous bookings, such as names, emails, and addresses, will be retained for record-keeping purposes in compliance with applicable regulations.

What is the maximum allowed declared value?

Our maximum allowable declared value is Php 20,000.00

What services do you offer?

We offer delivery within Metro Manila, Provincial and International shipping.

What are your operating hours?

Our office hours are from 8:30 AM-5:30PM, Monday-Friday.
Please note that provincial-bound packages picked up on Fridays will be forwarded to LBC on Mondays.

What are your available pouche sizes & rates?

Our pouches are available in small (6.5in x 11.5in), medium (9.5in x 13in), large (11.5in x 17.5in) and extra-large (14in x 17in). For packages that do not fit our pouches, you will be charged based on volumetric weight (computed in cm. using L x W x H/3500). For detailed rates, please see our RATES pages.
